Heatboys Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Raphael

As this series released each figure they got more and more crazy. Leo is great, and set a good standard but his loadout was subdued compared to Mikey who followed. And then Raphael released and it comes with this huge, ridiculous mechanical set of arms but it all makes for some excellent posing options.

If you are even remotely interested in TMNT and/or mecha, these are well worth checking out.
