In Era+ Thunderbolt

I'd been toying with ordering this for a few weeks before finally pulling the trigger on it, well I'm glad I did!

The service provided by Hobbyzone was phenomenal. I placed the order at 23:49, the order was confirmed and shipping organised by 9:05 the next morning, with it delivered the following day!

The kit itself is amazing. I have a few Bandai kits and this is the best one I have bought by far. It looks amazing, the build was fantastic ad it's incredibly sturdy. I don't believe I have a single thing to say that's less than glowing praise!

On par if not better with bandaid quality and the kit came in a timely manner and was very fun and seamless build

I was looking to get back into building 1/100 Mecha/Gunpla kits but I wanted something a little bit different to the usual Bandai offerings. I came across HobbyZoneUK and was able to get a bunch of kits from brands like In Era+ and Motor Nuclear at great prices. My kits were dispatched within twenty-four hours and packed in very sturdy cardboard boxes.

Absolutely impeccable customer service 10/10.
I initially wasn't sure about making this purchase due to never having heard of this site but all those apprehension's were put to rest after contacting the seller.
I first saw a listing on the stores page and hesitance on my part saw it go out of stock.
Upon searching for it I stumbled across the stores ebay page where it stated 1 item remaining.
Contacted the seller and was informed the box had slight minimal damage, pictures and detailed information was sent and I decided to make the purchase directly through the Hobbyzone store after all my worries were put to rest.
The seller assisted me in this by making the out of stock item available, huge kudos to them for that.

Amazing kit from an amazing store, customer service was above an beyond.
